Privacy Policy

This page is a plain-language draft for Same Day Restaurant App, a product of XTC Software. Have a lawyer review it before launch.

We collect the business info you type in (name, locations, hours, menu, logo, photos), owner contact details, and the customers who create accounts in your app (name, phone, email, orders, loyalty points, and a device token for push messages).

We use that information to run your app demo, orders, and loyalty. We share payment data with Stripe for your subscription and with Square for customer orders, only after you connect those accounts. Apple and Google receive the app listing when you approve a store submission.

Square and Stripe secrets stay on the server. We do not put them in the browser.

To ask for deletion of your restaurant account or a customer record, email austin@trysamedaywebsitebuilder.com.
