This is a draft for Same Day Restaurant App. Have a lawyer review it before launch.

The monthly plan is $129 a month, month-to-month, cancel anytime. The yearly plan is $1,259.88 paid once a year, shown as $104.99 a month. There is no setup fee. You pay us through Stripe. Your customers pay you through your own Square account. Those are separate.

You are responsible for your menu, your prices, and for following local laws. If you turn on the 21+ age gate, you still check ID at pickup. The age question is not a substitute for that check.

App ownership

You own your brand, logo, menu, photos, and customer data.

While you are a customer, we publish the app under our Apple and Google developer accounts.

If you leave, you can move the app to your own Apple and Google developer accounts. We will help with the transfer steps.

Nothing goes to the App Store or Google Play until you press Approve my app. Store review can take up to a week.
